The West Coast of Scotland has some of the most spectacular scenery
in Europe. The village of Benderloch is on the shores of Loch Linnhe,
a long arm of the Atlantic reaching up from Oban to Fort William and
Ben Nevis. The area is one of beautiful seascapes, islands, woodlands
and mountains.
Situated 200 metres from the shore of Ardmucknish Bay, our two family
owned, fully
wheelchair accessible lodges overlook the Hills of Morvern and
offer breathtaking sunsets in the summer. In a secluded position, they
are a five minute walk from the village where you will find the
‘World Famous Pink Shop’ (open 7 days a week), Ledaig
Leisure outdoors/gift shop and the excellent Ben Lora
Café/bookshop.
Nearby are quiet sea lochs, forests with walkways and cycle tracks, secluded beaches, dramatic mountain ranges and historic castles. From Oban there are ferries (fully accessible) to the Inner and Outer Hebrides with day trips to Mull, Iona, Staffa, Lismore and Colonsay.
